Blue cheese sauce#
Ingredients#
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 large clove garlic
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons milk
Method#
- Whisk main ingredients together
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Add milk to achieve consistency of pancake batter
- Cover and refrigerate (2 hours)
